All appointments are exclusively reserved for each patient. We understand that events can happen and requires a rescheduled or cancelled appointment. Vamped Aesthetics requires a 24 hour advanced notice on any cancellation or rescheduling appointment. Failure to do so, the $50 (fifty) deposit will be KEPT as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee includes appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of scheduled appointments, same day cancellations, and no shows.
Please notify Vamped Aesthetics if you are running late. Patients who arrive 10 mins or more after their scheduled appointment time, cannot be guaranteed that all services will be received due to time constraint, or will result in a cancellation of appointment and non-refundable & non-transferrable $50 deposit, if there is not enough time to complete services.
This courtesy enables Vamped Aesthetics to provide higher availability for all of their patients.
Vamped Aesthetics requires a $50 (fifty) deposit at the time of book. Your deposit will apply towards the service. The deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED for cancellations, no-show or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hour notice of the scheduled appointment time, NO EXECEPTIONS.
If you are not satisfied with any retail product purchased, simply bring back the unopened item to Vamped Aesthetics in its original packaging within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase. We will be happy to exchange the item for equal or less value.
Vamped Aesthetics does not offer any refunds or exchanges on treatments or services rendered. All promotional, holiday, or Black Friday sales are final.
All gift cards and/or gift certificates are final sale.
All payments are due at the time of services. There are no refunds on services rendered. For your convenience, Vamped Aesthetics accepts several methods of payments such as, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit card, cash, Cherry Payment Plan and CareCredit.
