What is
Liquid Lipo?

Kybella® and PCDC is an injectable treatment to permanently destroy fat. It is an effective treatment for stubborn areas (“double chin”, jowls, back fat, small belly “pooch”) that may not respond to exercise or diet. Kybella/PCDC is made up of synthetic deoxycholic acid, which is a natural occurring molecule that helps the body break down and absorb fat. Once those fat cells get absorbed by the body, there will be a noticeable reduction of fat in the treated area.

Kybella/PCDC is considered to be a good option for those with small areas of stubborn fat, despite exercise and diet!

It can be injected in small area of stubborn fat – double chin, bra fat, jowls, small belly pooch, and armpit.

With diet, exercise, and healthy lifestyle, it can offer permanent results.

Kybella/PCDC requires 2-4 series of treatments, depending on how much fullness there is. Each treatment is spaced about 4 weeks apart. Results are gradual and can take 4-6 weeks.

The treatment is tolerable. Topical numbing cream will be applied prior to the injections and a cold compress will be provided after to help with swelling and discomfort.

In clinical studies, the most common side effects are – swelling, bruising, tenderness, redness and firmness. These symptoms are temporary and usually resolve within a week.

The treatment is fairly quick, about 30 minutes.
